Income Factory provides educational tools and informational trade analysis related to covered call options strategies. The Service analyzes your self-reported portfolio holdings and generates weekly suggestions for potential covered call trades.
The Service does not execute trades on your behalf. All trade decisions and executions are your sole responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a jurisdiction where options trading is permitted. By using Income Factory, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Income Factory uses magic link authentication via email; you are responsible for maintaining access to your registered email address.
You agree to provide accurate portfolio information. Inaccurate data may result in inappropriate analysis results.

Tier features and limits are subject to change. We will provide notice of material changes to paid tier features.
The application's data providers (including market data and brokerage API providers) make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data provided through this application.
All content, algorithms, design, and branding on Income Factory are the property of Bandwidth Productions Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The analysis engine, rules, and algorithms are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service. User-generated content (transaction notes, etc.) remains your property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bandwidth Productions Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment capital, arising from your use of the Service.
This includes but is not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or reliance on analysis results. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that analysis results will be profitable, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that any information provided will be accurate or complete.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Income Factory, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your trading activities, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
